If your company is considering adding Mercedes-Benz vehicles to its fleet, enrolling in our corporate program can give you access to benefits designed to help make purchasing fleet vehicles even easier.

Rewarding Your Decision

The Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program is designed to meet the needs of corporate customers interested in purchasing or leasing Mercedes-Benz vehicles for inclusion in their corporate fleets.

If you have decided that your company will participate in the program, you first need to apply for a Corporate Account Number (CAN) from Mercedes-Benz. To qualify for a CAN, the following criteria must be met:

• A company must have 15 or more vehicles (any make or model, owned or leased) currently registered in the company name. Registrations must be currently active.

Once approved, your company will receive a Corporate Account Number (CAN) allowing select employees to purchase vehicles through the program. Incentives are based on dollar amounts and paid from the first vehicle purchased after qualifying with MBUSA.

Eligible Mercedes-Benz Vehicles

The majority of Mercedes-Benz models qualify for incentives under the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Fleet Program.

Becoming Eligible

To qualify for the program your company must first submit a completed Corporate Account Enrollment Form, along with the appropriate vehicle registrations, to Mercedes-Benz. Once approved, you´ll be provided with a Corporate Account Number (CAN) that is valid at all Mercedes-Benz Dealerships.

Claiming Your Incentives

As of February 12, 2006, the fleet incentive must be deducted from the selling price. Deduction of fleet incentive must be reflected on the Buyer's Order.

Additional Incentives

If you have been provided with an individual vehicle allowance by your company, you may be eligible for additional features on fleet vehicles.

You may qualify for the Executive Allowance Bonus (EAB) - Offered by Mercedes-Benz USA as an enhancement to the Corporate Fleet Program. This additional incentive may apply to executives, managers, and sales representatives with individual vehicle allowances. Qualified individuals are provided with an additional incentive on eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicles that are purchased or leased.

The EAB enhancement is yet another reason for your company executive(s) to choose a Mercedes-Benz.

Every Mercedes-Benz vehicle includes the following features:

• Four-year, 50,000-mile limited warranty period
• Standard features that other manufacturers may offer only as options — or not at all
• A full complement of active and passive safety features, as well as clean-diesel technology
• 24-hour Roadside Assistance for the life of the vehicle
• A customer service experience unparalleled in the industry

Qualifying for the Executive Allowance Bonus

In order to qualify for participation in the Executive Allowance Bonus, your company must meet the following requirements:

A) Your company is currently enrolled in the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program and has an assigned Corporate Account Number (CAN).

B) Your company has employees who receive a vehicle allowance as part of their compensation package that applies to the individual purchase/lease of a company vehicle.

To qualify for EAB, the applicant must submit the following documentation:

• An Executive Allowance Bonus Enrollment Form signed by the executive
• A photo Driver´s License
• One example of employment documentation (employment documentation can be in the form of a copy of current pay stub or direct deposit slip indicating car allowance or Corporate website verification identifying the applicant as a company executive)

- OR -

• A photo ID and one (1) example of employment documentation (employment documentation can be in the form of a corporate resolution, Articles of Incorporation, or corporate website)

How to participate in the Executive Allowance Bonus program

Once a company is enrolled in the Fleet Program, eligible executives can take advantage of the Executive Allowance Bonus (EAB) program.

Obtain a Control Number

To take advantage of EAB incentives, executives will need to obtain an EAB Incentive Form with an assigned control number. Executives will be required to present this form at their Mercedes-Benz Dealership.

To obtain an EAB Incentive Form with an assigned Control Number, executives should follow the EAB enrollment instructions (See below for: ˜How to Enroll˜).

• Note, only ONE Control Number per applicant may be obtained per calendar year.
• The vehicle must be new/unused.
• Fleet incentives cannot be used in conjunction with Dealer Employee Purchase Program (DEPP), Mercedes Vehicle Plan (MVP), Master Lease Program (MLP), Diplomat, European Delivery, Courtesy Vehicle Program  (CVP), Special Demos or non-U.S. specification vehicles.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to protect the privacy of the EAB applicant, the social security number and salary information should be deleted (white out) from the pay stub/direct deposit copy (or equivalent). The vehicle allowance compensation should be highlighted on the pay stub/direct deposit copy if listed as supplemental income.

You may qualify for the Fleet Employee Program (FEP) - Offered by Mercedes-Benz USA as an enhancement to the Corporate Fleet Program. This additional incentive may apply to all employees of a qualified company.  Qualified individuals are provided with an additional incentive on eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicles that are purchased or leased.

The Fleet Employee Program may also be combined with other current offers. *** See dealer for details

Qualifying for the Fleet Employee Program

In order to qualify for participation in the Fleet Employee Program, your company must meet the following requirements:

A) Your company is currently enrolled in the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program and has an assigned Corporate Account Number (CAN).

B) Your company has received FEP approval from MBUSA Fleet and is listed on the approved FEP Company List.
